Terms of Service

By using Sol Helps ("Sol", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern your access to and use of our platform and services. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

1. Use of Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Sol Helps for business or personal use. You may not resell, sublicense, or exploit the service without written permission.

2. User Content & Uploads

You retain ownership of the documents and data you upload. However, by uploading content, you represent that you have the legal right to do so and grant us permission to process that data to power your assistant(s).

You are solely responsible for the legality and safety of your uploaded content. We do not monitor file contents but may remove content upon receiving a rights or abuse complaint.

3. Account Roles & Team Access

The user who creates an account is designated the Account Owner. Admins can invite team members, manage assistants, and update billing. Members may interact with chatbots and view conversation logs. All users are responsible for activity under their login.

4. Chat Logging & Privacy

We only log conversations in embedded widgets when the end user has opted in. Logged messages are encrypted and stored temporarily based on your plan tier (Free: up to 7 days; Starter: up to 30 days; Growth: up to 90 days; Business: up to 365 days). No conversations from the dashboard interface (app.solhelps.com/dashboard/chat) are persistently stored.

5. Payments & Cancellations

Paid plans are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time via the dashboard. Downgrades or cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are offered at our discretion.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Upload malicious or infringing content
• Use Sol Helps to generate or spread harmful or unlawful material
• Attempt to access or reverse engineer backend systems
• Violate applicable laws or third-party rights

7. AI & Accuracy Disclaimer

Responses generated by AI via Sol Helps are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee factual accuracy, completeness, or reliability of chatbot answers. You are responsible for verifying outputs before acting on them.

Sol Helps does not use customer conversations, documents, or uploads to train public or proprietary AI models.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sol Helps is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Sol Helps at any time for violations of these terms or if required by law. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting your user account.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the dashboard. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
